Dawnridge began from an existing site with a severe topography and a majestic oak tree. The project responds to the land by placing volumes to minimize impact and maximize natural light and views. The architecture is defined by warm, natural materials and a restrained palette that allow the landscape to take center stage.

A strong focus on material palette to influence our design process, architecture that fits the site, which reflects our intention, to create vibrant spaces with a calm presence. And there is an inherent belief in architecture that addresses the human experience in beautiful, meaningful, and purposeful ways.
